
500 gr minced meat
1 egg
1/2 dl breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 dl shredded sun-dried tomatoes
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 tablespoon whole fennel seeds
2 dl tomato juice (1 dl ketchup diluted with 1 dl water)
salt, pepper
2 dl grated parmesan
1 packet of bacon (can also be replaced with parma ham)
some fresh rosemary sprigs
Mix eggs, breadcrumbs, mustard, tomatoes, onions, fennel seeds and tomato juice into a batter in a bowl
Add the minced meat, salt, pepper and mix well
Put the minced meat in a greased oblong form
Place the bacon on top and press down at the edges stick the rosemary sprigs on top
Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for about 45 minutes
Served with baked or cooked potatoes and a crispy green salad
