
Ingredients:
4-5 overripe bananas
1 egg
3 tablespoons muscovado sugar or brown raw sugar
250 grams of wheat flour
1 ml grated nutmeg
1 ml cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, vanilla sugar or vanilla powder
1 pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1-2 tablespoons frying oil
1 tablespoon sugar to garnish
Mash the bananas, mix with the egg and muscovado sugar
Sift the flour with baking powder and the spices into the bowl
Mix to a smooth batter
Heat oil in a non-stick pan
Spoon the mixture into the hot pan and fry your fritters until golden color
Put them on a plate with paper towel and sprinkle with sugar.
